Media

Use OneSearch, the library's catalog to find books, articles, DVDs, CDs, and more.

To find Audio Visual resources, first search by a person's name, or you can keyword "name and (biograph* or autobiograph*)". Then, on the right-hand side panel, under “Resource Type”, change it to “Videos”.  You will find DVDs, CDs, and videocassettes. Write down the call numbers and check out the materials at the library's Circulation Desk.

Multimedia Collection

The Multimedia collection of the Bronx Community College Library Department supports instruction and research. The collection consists primarily of films that are course-related, documentary, current and historical. We also have a small feature film collection. Our formats include VHS, DVD and streaming from Films on Demand (FOD). There is also a small collection of print titles that have a media component to the text that are housed in the Library for student use related to specific courses across the curriculum. All titles can be found in OneSearch the Library's online catalog for all the City University of New York Libraries which can be searched by title or subject in the "Advanced Search Mode." We welcome inquiries and suggestions about media resources.
