Picking Your Topic IS part of the Research Process: Databases

Picking Your Topic IS part of the Research Process

Library's Databases

Library’s Databases are like Google or other search engines but instead it searches journals, magazines, newspapers and other sources. Most research papers will require you to utilize a database from the list of databases BCC Library has to offer. You can search topics and subjects, but refrain from trying to search a question, you will receive very little, if any results. The databases are like Google, but it is NOT Google and should not be used the same way. If you need help on identifying the topic/subject of your research question, feel free to reach out to your professor or "Ask a Librarian".
